The terms & Conditions will apply to all uses you make of our website shop.enviroclad.com and to every order you place with shop.enviroclad.com and which is accepted by us.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Terms and Conditions are set out below. shop.enviroclad.com solely reserve the right, at any given time, to alter, modify or update these terms of use, and you the visitor to our site shall agree to be bound by any such adjustments, revisions, or updates on all future visits to this site.

WEBSITE: USE AND SECURITY
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account on shop.enviroclad.com. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.

WEBSITE: PRIVACY & DATA USE
We do not hold any personal data. Instead, personal data is stored on a remote secure server and used and is the full responsibility of Blacknight who host the Website.

PRICE OF GOODS
The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for shop.enviroclad.com products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.

CANCELLING AN ENTIRE ORDER
You can cancel your order as follows:
Account Holders: Login to your Account
Search for the relevant order and the click the "Cancel Order" button
NOTE: If your order has the status "Picked" or "Picking in Progress"" you will not be able to cancel this order.
Non Account Holders: If you placed your order with us as a 'guest' during the checkout stage then you must call our offices on 056 775 2866 so we can establish if it has shipped or is yet to dispatch.
If you cancel your order that is not ”picked” or “picking in progress” there is no further charge. If you cancel an order you have paid for by credit card, then Shop.enviroclad.com reserves the right to charge you the customer any costs incurred on all orders that have been dispatched, including return carrier charges and a 20% restocking charge on orders over seven days old. Items that have been taken out of their original packaging will not be collected.

THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD
When you buy online, you are given a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. The cooling off period ends 14 days after you receive the goods. Before the end of the 14 days, you can cancel the order and get a refund. In the case of goods, you must also return the item.
During this cooling-off period you can return the item for any reason. If you cancel the order because you change your mind, you have to pay for the cost of returning it. If the item is faulty, then you do not have to pay for the cost of returning it.

GOODS THAT SHOW DAMAGED PACKAGING.
Before you sign for your delivery from us you must visually inspect the packaging for any defects. If you notice a defect to the outer packaging you must evaluate if the product itself has been damaged.
If the product itself is damaged you should not sign for it. You must email us at info@enviroclad.com within 7 days that the delivery was damaged from due to shipping.
If only the packaging is damaged, the goods are not damaged/faulty and you are happy to accept the delivery please sign the delivery document as “Damaged Shipment’

FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under the contract if and to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION
Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products. Variations in colours can be due to the monitors/screens that they are viewed on. We do not take responsibility for colours looking different onscreen to what they are in the real world. However we have done everything in our power to ensure that the onscreen images convey an accurate representation of our products.

CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and shop.enviroclad.com or any partner store of shop.enviroclad.com for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until shop.enviroclad.com store accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time shop.enviroclad.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

GENERAL
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

LAWS
The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

TERMINATION
We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
