Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

All products sold on & have a manufacturers guarantee. Guarantees and their duration are at behest of the manufacturer. Enviroclad Systems Limited does not endorse or support any of the offered manufacturer’s guarantees.

Incorrect item(s) shipped or goods that have incurred a fault are due to manufacturing process.
In the rare event you receive faulty or wrong items you must contact us at within 14 days of the order shipment date. Enviroclad Systems Limited will begin a replacement or refund procedure once we have received and inspected the goods.

A refund for the shipping paid to courier the item(s) to Enviroclad Systems Limited will be made once we have established that the item(s) is faulty or was an incorrect order. The parcel that you the buyer ships to Enviroclad Systems Limited will remain your responsibility until it is received by Enviroclad Systems Limited.



Before you sign for your delivery from us you must visually inspect the packaging for any defects. If you notice a defect to the outer packaging you must evaluate if the product itself has been damaged.

If the product itself is damaged you should not sign for it. You must email us at within 7 days that the delivery was damaged from due to shipping.

If only the packaging is damaged, the goods are not damaged/faulty and you are happy to accept the delivery please sign the delivery document as “Damaged Shipment’


Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind - Your Right of Cancellation

CANCELLING AN ENTIRE ORDER You can cancel your order as follows:

Account Holders: Login to your Account
Search for the relevant order and the click the "Cancel Order" button NOTE: If your order has the status "Picked" or "Picking in Progress" you will not be able to cancel this order.

Non Account Holders: If you placed your order with us as a 'guest' during the checkout stage then you must call our offices on 056 775 2866 so we can establish if it has shipped or is yet to dispatch. If you cancel your order that is not “picked” or “picking in progress” there is no further charge.

If you cancel an order you have paid for by credit card, then reserves the right to charge you the customer any costs incurred on all orders that have been dispatched, including return carrier charges and a 20% restocking charge on orders over seven days old. Items that have been taken out of their original packaging will not be collected.


Restocking Fees:
Planks: The restocking fee is 5% of value/plank
Trims The restocking fee is 10%/ Trim
Adhesives The restocking fee is 5%/Tube of sealant/adhesive

Why do we charge these fees?
We charge these fees as the items need to be checked for damage, cleaned and repackaged for the next customer. This process has a material cost and a time cost.
