Shipping Policy

Enviroclad Shop Ltd uses independent transport and courier companies. For this reason, it is essential that all goods are checked before signing the delivery docket.

If you are unable to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, please sign the docket as "GOODS DAMAGED." In the event that goods are damaged during transit, this must be reported to info@enviroclad.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot offer a replacement or refund without the appropriate signed proof or for claims made after the 7-day period.

Returns & Refunds

For Stock Items

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied and the goods pass a quality inspection. Returns made after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once the returned items have been approved following inspection, a refund will be issued by cheque or bank transfer.

For Non-Stock Items or Special Orders

We regret that returns and refunds are not available for non-stock items or special orders.
